Organic Millet

CERTIFICATIONS: ORGANIC, NON-GMO
vegan

Ancient, nutrient-rich, and naturally gluten-free. One of the oldest cultivated foods, millet is a small, round seed from an annual grass, often enjoyed as a cereal grain in Africa and Asia. Though not a true grain, it is closely related to sorghum and is prized for its high protein content and superior amino acid profile, particularly lysine, which is higher than in wheat, oats, and rice.

How to Enjoy

  • Fluffy Pilafs & Grain Bowls: A hearty, gluten-free alternative to rice or couscous.

  • Wholesome Breakfast Porridge: Cook with milk or plant-based alternatives and top with fruit, nuts, and honey.

  • Gluten-Free Baking: A nutritious base for breads, muffins, and pancakes.

  • Savory Side Dishes: Toss with roasted vegetables, fresh herbs, and citrus for a vibrant meal.
